My Weekly Workflow Template for Busy Biz Owners

You know those weeks when your to-do list stares you down and laughs? Same.

As a multi-hustle biz owner, I live by my weekly workflow template. It’s what helps me stay organized, focused, and actually move the needle (instead of spinning in circles wondering what day it is).

This post breaks down my go-to weekly rhythm—the one I use to manage 6+ businesses, create content, serve clients, and still get park time with my toddler.

Here’s how I structure my week to get it all done (without losing my mind):

🔁 The Weekly Flow

I batch my tasks by theme. Each day has a “vibe” so my brain knows what to expect.

✨ Monday: CEO Day

  • Review metrics + income reports
  • Plan content calendar
  • Map out the week in Trello + Google Calendar
  • Delegate to team/VA

I treat Monday like my reset and strategy day—NOT a heavy client-facing day.

✍️ Tuesday: Content & Marketing

  • Write blog posts, emails, or captions
  • Film reels or TikToks
  • Design graphics in Canva
  • Schedule posts via Meta or Later

Tuesdays are my creative zone—I put on a cute headband and go full content creator mode.

🧾 Wednesday: Client Work + Admin

  • Client meetings + Zooms
  • Proposal writing, invoicing, follow-ups
  • Responding to emails
  • Updating ClickUp and onboarding forms

I block off 2-3 hours in the afternoon just for uninterrupted client work.

✈️ Thursday: Sales & Outreach

  • DM follow-ups and networking
  • Pitching brand collabs or freelance gigs
  • Updating lead tracker
  • Travel planning or consult calls

Thursdays are all about growth, connection, and getting my offers in front of new people.

🧘‍♀️ Friday: Flex + Clean-Up

  • Finish loose ends
  • Brainstorm new offers
  • Update finances
  • Personal errands or content batching (if needed)

Fridays are my catch-all day. I give myself grace if I need to rest or regroup.
